Life 1 Minute

Tonight I am. Overcome with a sadness in my chest.

A stinging in my eyes of which I truly cannot shake.

The loss in my life is huge. It’s expanse wide and deep…

I see you and then part into my new life. Without you it is difficult.

When these emotions arise I cannot decide how to cope
